Coaching

The foundation of being a successful leader is knowing and leading yourself effectively. This self-discovery is a life-long process, at least, it should be! As we interact with people and find ourselves in new situations, we uncover new challenges. Those challenges are opportunities to continue to learn and grow.

A coach is your partner in making sense of it all. What strengths do you bring? How do you show up? Where can you grow? What can you learn? Most importantly, how do you leverage those learnings to make intentional choices that result in greater impact?

While I strongly believe that coaching is for everyone, not every coach is for everyone. Coaches bring different experiences, personalities, and strategies. Finding the right fit is a huge part of a successful coaching engagement. I offer a complimentary introductory session to ensure a match.

I am not afraid of storms for I am learning how to sail my ship.
